what is park hall golf resort?

Park Hall Golf Resort is a proposed 18 Hole Golf Course together with Clubhouse, Hotel/Leisure facilities, timeshare fairway lodges and Park Hall holiday studios located on the outskirts of Mansfield Woodhouse. It will create over 200 permanent jobs when the complex is complete whilst creating and safe guarding over 100 construction jobs during developemt. The complex will promote tourism and bring a much needed quality hotel to the area. It will also provide much needed leisure and recreation facilities for local people together with new revenue streams that will support local businesses. The new tourism/visitors will breath fresh life into the local economy. These are important facts in this time of economic down-turn where all you hear about are job cuts, cuts in public spending, business closures etc etc... Our local community needs to know the benefits this development will bring.

why are we doing it?

We are local developers that have invested and delivered quality developments in and around Mansfield/North Nottinghamshire over the last 20 years. We want to create an asset for Mansfield that will create 300+ jobs, provide quality facilities for local people and bring visitors and tourism to our area. It is at the forefront of our minds in to concentrate on replacing some of the lost mining and hoisery jobs that has accured over recent years. The local residents need to know what we are trying to generate within our community. Think of the local taxi drivers who will be running to and from the Hotel and golf course, think of the cleaners, the ground staff, the swimming instructors, the life guards, the office staff, bar workers, groundsmen, chefs, clerical workers, local grocer, butcher, bread and milk man. Think of the construction workers, the plumbers, the joiners, the electricians, brick layers, ground workers, painters, etc etc, these are our people. They all need to know the true facts about this development.
